Schedule:  
Friday – Solo U8/U9/U10/U11/U12/U13/U14/U15 and their treble reels; 
Saturday – Solo U16/U17/U18/U19/U20/20&O, treble reels and Adult 4H/8H; 
Sunday – Mini-feis and all team competitions

Reservations:   OPEN: TUE MAY 17, 2011    CLOSE:  WED OCT 19, 2011

Guest Room Rates:    Single/Double/Triple/Quad:       $139.00/night + tax & 3% fee
                               Additional Bedding if avail:        $25.00/night WAIVED for 2011
                               Children U18 stay free in parents’ room using existing bedding.
                               *** Room rates are subject to taxes & 3% destination fee. ***

To reserve a room, one must either book online or call the Westin’s Central Reservation Office at 1-800-WESTIN1 and identify themselves as a member of the Group Event: “Eastern Regional Dance Championships”.

The hotel agrees to send (at no charge) confirmation of reservations and/or reservation changes to the registered guest within seven days of receipt of such information.  Name changes to room reservations may be made up to (2) days prior to the arrival at no additional charge, provided there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay (room rate plus tax plus destination fee) is required at time of reservation to hold each individual’s reservation.  Guests must provide a credit card at time of reservation and again at check-in.

Thank you to all the parents and teachers, family and friends who assisted in the running of the 2010 Oireachtas.  Additional appreciation goes out to everyone who stays at the host hotel as that enables IDTAC-ER to earn much needed discounts on the ballrooms so we can afford to continue to run this event in manner and style in which we all know it deserves.
